पईसे ब्याज टके लग काटे, ब्याव बिरद के तांई।, सायब काज ऊधारो मिलता, ओ मन लेह न जाई ।। १ ।।
ब्याव खरच न्यात के लेणे, शीष अडाणो मारे। करता निमत कदे ओ मन में, घर में थका न धारे ।। २ ।।
सांई निमत पइसो सिर पे, करज करे नहीं कोई। करमा काज जगत सुं लेणो, मिलता मुडे न लोई ।। ३ ।।
देखा तन्नु बिछड्या जुग में, सब रोवे दुख छीजे। शिरजणहार मिलन के काजा, सपने ही आंख न भीजे ।। ४ ।।
खेती किसब करे तन खोई, दाम लगावे आंणी। कह सुखराम भक्त की वेला, सब सेल बिध जांणी ।। ५ ।।

Suno sab ya baata kim paave. Samrath Shyam mukt ko daata, preet bina kyon aave. (Ter)
Paise byaaj take lag kaate, byaav birad ke taai.
Saayab kaaj udhaaro milta, o man leh na jaai. ॥1॥
Byaav kharach nyaat ke lene, sheesh adaano maare.
Karta nimet kade o man mein, ghar mein thaka na dhaare. ॥2॥
Saai nimet paaiso sir pe, karaj kare nahin koi.
Karma kaaj jagat sun leno, milta mudde na loi. ॥3॥
Dekha tannu bichhadya jug mein, sab rove dukh chheejhe.
Shirjanhaar milan ke kaaja, sapne hi aankh na bheeje. ॥4॥
Kheti kisab kare tan khoi, daam lagaave aani.
Kah Sukhram bhakt ki vela, sab sel bidh jaani. ॥5॥
महाराज फरमाते हैं कि सब सुनो। परमात्मा (जिसे श्याम कहा गया है) बहुत सामर्थ्यवान हैं और वे भक्तों को मुक्ति का वरदान देने वाले हैं। जब भक्त के दिल में सच्ची प्रीति (प्रेम) नहीं है, तो वह परमात्मा की कृपा या अनुग्रह का अनुभव क्यों करेगा? अर्थात्, सच्चे प्रेम के बिना आत्मा को मुक्ति नहीं मिल सकती। ब्याव, आरा और नुगता करने के लिए पैसा रूपया ब्याज देकर भी लाते है। परमात्मा की प्राप्ति के लिए भी उधार मिलता है, लेकिन मन इस पर विचार नहीं करता। सुनो, इन बातों से परमात्मा कैसे प्राप्त होता है। परमात्मा मुक्ति देने वाले हैं। ब्याव खर्चे के लिए लोग सिर भी गिरवी रख देते हैं, लेकिन परमात्मा के लिए घर में होते हुए भी मन की इच्छा नहीं होती। परमात्मा के वास्ते कोई कर्ज नहीं करता है। कर्म बंधनों के लिए जब कर्ज मिलता रहता है, तब तक नहीं रुकता है। अपने किसी बिछुड़ जाने पर सभी रोते और दुखी होते हैं; पर रामजी से मिलने के लिए सपने में भी विरह नहीं करते, यानी आंसू नहीं आता। खेती और धंधे में तन से मेहनत करते हैं और रुपये भी लगाते हैं। महाराज फरमाते हैं कि भक्ति के काम को ऐसे ही समझते हैं: हो तो ठीक, नहीं हो तो ठीक।
The Maharaj says, "Listen to everyone. The Supreme Being (referred to as Shyam) is very powerful and is the one who grants liberation to devotees. When there is no true love (preeti) in the heart of a devotee, why would they experience the grace or blessings of the Supreme Being? In other words, without true love, the soul cannot attain liberation.To carry out marriages, agricultural work, and other obligations, people even borrow money at interest. For the attainment of the Supreme Being, loans are also available, but the mind does not consider it. The Supreme Being is the one who grants liberation. People even mortgage their heads for wedding expenses, yet when it comes to the Supreme Being, there is no wish in the mind even when money is at home. For the sake of the Supreme Being, no one takes a loan.As long as loans are taken for karmic entanglements, one does not stop. When someone is separated from us, everyone cries and feels sad; however, they do not shed tears even in dreams to meet Ramji, meaning they do not feel the pain of separation.In farming and business, they work hard with their bodies and also invest money. The Maharaj says that this is how they understand the work of devotion: if it happens, it is fine; if it does not happen, it is also fine."
