Kaljug mein Sukhram kahe re, Hari bin nirphal thay. || 4 || भक्ति करनी है तो रामजी की करो, रामजी की भक्ति बिना दूसरी सभी भक्तियों को छोड़ दो। यदि कोई पुरुष छह खट-दर्शणियों की क्रियाओं और साधनाओं का पालन करता है, तो भी वह परमात्मा के नाम के समान नहीं हो सकता। कलयुग में नाम की भक्ति के अलावा दूसरे साधन प्रभावी नहीं होते और इसलिए उनका फल भी प्राप्त नहीं होता। इसलिए, सत्यनिष्ठा बनाए रखो, सत्य बोलो, त्याग करो, मन मे नम्रता धारण करो, तपस्या करो, और जोग की साधना करो, लेकिन ये सभी धर्म और नाम के बराबर नहीं हो सकते हैं। काशी में करवत लो, भिक्षा लो, और अन्न का आहार छोड़कर दूध का सेवन करो। जगत में अभयदान के बराबर भी नाम का कोई साधन नहीं है। पहले तीन युगों में, यानी सतयुग, त्रेता युग, और द्वापर युग में, ये सभी साधन प्रभावी थे और उनका फल भी मिलता था। लेकिन महाराज फरमाते हैं कि कलयुग में रामजी के नाम के बराबर कोई अन्य साधन नहीं काम करता है। यही एक सच्चाई है। If you wish to worship, then worship kewalRama; leave aside all other forms of devotion without the devotion to Rama. Even if a person follows the practices and disciplines of the six philosophies, he cannot match the significance of the name of the Supreme Being. In the Kali Yuga, other means are not effective apart from the devotion to the name, and therefore, they do not yield results. Therefore, maintain truthfulness, speak the truth, practice renunciation, cultivate humility in your mind, perform penance, and practice yoga; however, none of these can equal the importance of the divine name. Take alms in Kashi, and instead of consuming grains, consume milk. In this world, there is no other practice comparable to the gift of fearlessness that comes from the name. In the earlier three Yugas—Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, and Dvapara Yuga—these practices were effective, and they yielded results. However, the Maharaj states that there is no other means that can equal the name of kewalRama in Kali Yuga. This is a fundamental truth.
