ओसर जाय नीर ज्यूं सिलता, पाछे धूल रहे रे। राम भजन बिन सब पिस्तासी, साध सकल सो कहे रे।। २।।
हंस बटाऊ ओ जुग मेलो, सोदो समझ बसाई । कह सुखराम बूजकर बिणजे, मूल हार मत जाई ।। ३ ।।

Bandaa naav satabi leeje.
Jo kuch hoons huve dil bheetar, to parmarath keeje. || Ter ||
To shir kaal bhave nish vāsar, nit fera de jaave.
Kabuyak aan achaanak janvaro, kaat kaatjo khaave. || 1 ||
Osar jaay neer joon silta, paachhe dhool rahe re.
Ram bhajan bin sab pistasii, saadh sakal so kahe re. || 2 ||
Hans bataau o jug melo, sodo samaj basaaee.
Kah Sukhram boojkar binje, mool haar mat jaai. || 3 ||
महाराज फरमाते हैं कि हे मनुष्य , "नांव जल्दी से लो। अगर दिल में कुछ इच्छा हो तो परमार्थ के कार्य करो। काल रात-दिन तेरे सिर पर चक्कर लगा रहा है और ले जाने की फिराक में है। अचानक कभी भी आकर तुझे खा जाएगा।
समय नदी के पानी की तरह बह रहा है; पानी के बहने पर नदी में धूल रह जाती है, ठीक उसी तरह जीवित शरीर से चेतन का पानी चला जाता है, तब केवल मृतक शरीर रूपी मिट्टी रह जाती है। सभी संत यह बात कह रहे हैं कि परमात्मा के भजन के बिना सबको पछताना पड़ेगा। हंस परदेशी है और संसार एक मेला है। इसमें समझकर सतगुरु की विधि से भजन करना ही सबसे सही समझ और समर्पण है। महाराज फरमाते हैं कि ऐसा ज्ञान धारण करो, जिससे कम से कम मनुष्य जन्म पुनः प्राप्त हो सके। यही मूल है (मनुष्य जन्म), जिसे नहीं हारना है।"
It is being said to humanity, "Quickly awaken the Shatshabd . If you have any desire in your heart, perform acts of righteousness. Time is circling over your head day and night, waiting to take you away. It can suddenly come and consume you at any moment.
Time is flowing like the water of a river; when the water flows away, only the silt remains in the river, just as the conscious essence flows away from the living body, leaving only the lifeless body of clay behind. All saints are saying that without devotion to the Supreme Being, everyone will have to regret it.
We are foreigner, and the world is a fair. Understanding this, the most appropriate wisdom and devotion is to perform worship according to the method of the True Guru. The Maharaj says to hold on to knowledge that at least allows you to attain human birth again. This is the essence (of human birth) that should not be lost."
