धरम पुन्न जाको सुण सत है, तन में मन कर देवे। चित मन सूरत प्राण पे थोबे, नांव सत सो लेवे ।। १ ।।
जोगी सोई प्राण मन जीते, ऊलट गिगन चढ जावे। जती सांचा सोई जन कहिये, काम ऊतर नहीं पावे ।। २ ।।
अणभै सत जहां भव नांही, और शकल है कहणी। कह सुखराम शिष है सांचा, गुरू शब्द पर रहणी।। ३ ।।

Bandaa or shakal sab shobha.
Seenv maay hoy nadi jaat hai, ko kiska jal joba. || Ter ||
Dharam punn jako sun sat hai, tan mein man kar deve.
Chit man surat praan pe thobe, naav sat so leve. || 1 ||
Jogi soi praan man jeete, oolatt gigan chadh jaave.
Jati sancha soi jan kahiye, kaam utar nahin paave. || 2 ||
Anbhai sat jahan bhav naahi, aur shakal hai kahani.
Kah Sukhram shish hai sancha, guru shabd par rahani. || 3 ||
महाराज फरमाते हैं कि हे मनुष्य दूसरी करनियाँ कर्म शोभा हैं, नदी नजदीक में बह रही है, उसके जल को किसने देखा? धर्म और पुण्य करना उनका ही सच्चा है, जो तन-मन से करते हैं। चित्त, मन, सूरत, प्राण को केवल ज्ञान पर लगाकर सत नाम का भजन करते हैं।
योगी उसे ही कहते हैं, जो प्राण और मन से अलग होकर बंकनाल के रास्ते उलटकर गगन में पहुँच जाता है। जती सच्चा वही है, जिसके काम की वासना नहीं रहती। अणभै ज्ञान से जिस आत्मा के सत आ गया, वे भवसागर में नहीं आते हैं, और सब बातें कहने की हैं।
महाराज फरमाते हैं कि सच्चे शिष्य वही हैं, जो केवली भगवंतों की अणभै वाणी के उपदेशानुसार चलते हैं।
It is being said to humanity that actions (karmas) are truly beautiful, and the river is flowing nearby; who has seen its waters? It is only those who perform righteousness (dharma) and virtuous deeds (punya) with body and mind that are truly sincere. They dedicate their consciousness (chitt), mind, essence (surat), and life force (pran) solely to knowledge and engage in the chanting of the True Name (Ram Naam).
A yogi is considered one who, having separated from the life force and mind, reverses his path through the channel (bankanala) and reaches the (gagan). The one whose mind is free from the desires is the true ascetic (jati). The soul that has attained the essence (sat) through the subtle knowledge (anbhai) does not enter the ocean of worldly existence (bhavsagar), and there is much more to say.
Maharaj states that true disciples are those who follow the teachings of the exalted beings (kevali bhagwants) according to the profound (anbhai) wisdom they impar
